2020 will be released by July 15, 2020.
CBSE 12th Revised Exam Dates: The rescheduled exams of CBSE
Class 12 are postponed. Now the CBSE 12th Results will be released based on the
assessment scheme. Once the situation is normalized, the officials will conduct
optional exams. Candidates who wish to improve their score can appear in the
optional exams in future.
On what Basis CBSE 12th Result will be released:
a) For the Students who have completed all the exams, the
results will be released based on their performance in the board exams.
b) For the students who have appeared in the exams in more
than 3 subjects, the average of the marks obtained in the best three performing
subjects will be awarded in the subjects whose examinations have not been conducted.
c) For students who have appeared in only 3 subjects in the
examination, the average of the marks obtained in the best two subjects will be
awarded for the subjects which are not conducted.
d) For the Delhi Students, who have appeared only in 1 or 2
subjects, the CBSE Class 12 Results will be declared based on the candidate’s
performance in Internal/Practical/Project assessment.
Delhi students will also be given a chance to appear in the
optional exams conducted by CBSE if he/she wants to improve the score.
CBSE Evaluation Process for Class 12: Due to the spread of
Coronavirus, the CBSE have cancelled all the exams. Once the situation is
normalized, the officials will conduct the optional exams which were scheduled
to be conducted from 1st July to 15th July. However, for the candidates who
have appeared in the exams, the marks will be evaluated based on their
performance in CBSE exams.

CBSE Class 12 Board Exams Passing Criteria
Candidates who have appeared for CBSE Class 12 board exams
must meet the marks specified by the officials. The passing criteria of CBSE
Class 12 board exams are listed below:
Candidate must have secured a higher grade than ‘E’. That is
candidates must have secured 33% or more 33% marks in the five subjects.
For practical work-related subjects, candidates should
secure 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in practical. Apart from this,
aspirants should have secured at least 33% marks in aggregate
Aspirants would be given a pass certificate by the Board if they get a grade above ‘E’ in all subjects of internal assessment (unless he/she is exempted).
